Surfness Lodge provided an excellent base for our family vacation in Baleal. The location is truly a gem, just a short three-minute walk to the beach, with stunning ocean views from our room. We appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere, especially the surf lessons available right on site. My daughter took private lessons with Guilhermo, who was not only skilled but also had a wonderful way of engaging with kids. Elena, the lodge manager, was invaluable. Her recommendations for local dining and activities, including yoga classes that I attended daily, enhanced our stay. The lodge's peaceful setting, removed from the bustling main street, allowed for restful nights after active days. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start each morning. Clean rooms and a welcoming ambiance made us feel at home. We hope to return one day.
